A very, very small room that needs repair.

Guesthouse is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui so it was convenient. Also room rate is quite reasonable compare to other accommodation. I could borrow towels, hair dryer, multi adapter for free!

Room is a little bit small but CLEAN. Bathroom is a little bit small and I could take a shower for 10 minutes because of small capacity of hot water reservoir. But it was OK and I am satisfied with this guesthouse.

The owner of inn sight (Shirley) is very friendly, and she is trying her very best to assist us to enjoy our trip to the best. Eg,: she let us to leave our luggage for 2 days, although we r staying in after 2days, and she will help to search for local information if the "lighting performance" is still on going. She always having a smiley face when talking to her tourist.

The room is a bit quite small, but it is quite normal in hong kong :)

The location, price and room design are awesome. Travelling from there to any part of Hong Kong is very convenient. you can get all sorts of good foods, shopping places and sight seeing by just walking distance. MTR is just around the corner less then 2 minutes walk. If you need any information about travelling in HK, their staffs and boss are very friendly to suggest and advice me through out the whole trip. If i wan to travel to HK again I will defenitely choose Innsight again.

The water heater can only heat up the water for a short period of time. If shower more than 10 minutes, I loss my hot water and the water is getting colder. Room make up is available upon request.

The hotel owner is very polite and friendly. I asked them questions about local transportation and doctor's office, I was given detailed answers quickly.

Space is limitted. If you have more than 2 large pieces of luggages, they properbably won't fit in.

I really appreciate to get a chance to check in to this hotel, it's an idea location for travellers to spend their holidays in Hong Kong. Strategic location in Tsim Sa Chui, only few walking steps to the MTR station in the shopping mall called iSquare and to the airport bus station (A21). Surrounded with lots of restaurants and convenient to get by to each by just walking down to the streets. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the owner of this hostel, Shirley Mak! Glad to know about this fantastic hostel in HK and will definitely recommend to friends and come back to stay in my next trip! 

Air-cond in the room is a bit noisy at night and I think they should do a regular maintenance service on this facility.

Location is great. Staffs were friendly. Free wi-fi was a plus. Hd local tvb was pleasant. Cctv surveillance with public monitoring appreciated.

Bathroom smells of sewerage, cover the drainage hole to prevent the whole room from smelling like fart. Room on 3rd floor as per advertised is bigger than ro om on 2nd floor, which is the actual room given to us upon arrival. Gimmick? Shower heads designed to sprayed at an awkward angle where you'll banged your leg and buttock against the basin when taking a bath. Not to mention that the hot shower is not the instant type, need to wait 10mins to boil, and when water temp not consistent. Towel available only upon request. Toilet paper refill also upon request although it's obviously seen during room cleaning. Lack of wall mounts to hold objects and clothes. Smallest room we'd ever stayed in our life.

Very tiny rooms, no any additional space in the room (basically bed and bathroom only) no room for luggage.

InnSight is good for budget travelers who could stay in the tourist area of tst among many high price 4 or 5-star hotels.

The room we stayed on the 3rd floor for the first 2-night was just ok, there are molds at the bottom of the bathroom curtain. Then we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor on the third night and the bathroom was much better, bigger, and spotless, like brand new.
